[CAMERA_CONNECTION_URL] : An example of a connection url is as follows rtsp://CAMERA_CONNECTION_URL:554/. This url can vary with different camera brands and models.
[FLAGS] : You can put default to automatically put -v quiet -print_format json -show_format -show_streams.
